Once again we are giving away free fabric from our sale rack for anyone wanting to make a quilt for the Ukraine.
I would like the quilts to be 72” x 72”. We will have to ship them, so I don’t think it makes sense to weight down the packages of quilts with small quilts that only fit a child or baby. We need family sized quilts.
Please consider making a utility quilt. It should be something simple that can be done in a timely fashion. Quilt as you go done in large strips or wholecloth quilts would be best.
Tied quilts don’t last as long so it would be preferable to have it quilted. Don’t bother the long armers to try and get these done, as I don’t expect them to do this for free. You can straight line quilt it or do something simple. I will post the youtube video for how to do this.
I would also take donations to cover the shipping costs of the overseas freight. I would like these to be in to the Bungalow by end of March.
