We are doing a monthly challenge at the Bungalow. Each month we will select a fabric. Then, you can come into the shop and receive a piece of this fabric–for free. Take it home and do something fun with it. Bring it back at the end of the month. We will display them the following month. You could win a sweet fat quarter bundle worth $25.00. We will have in shop voting for the best challenge piece. You can make whatever you want with the fabric, but keep it small.
Here are the rules:
- Once a month, come in toward the beginning of the month and pick up your free piece of challenge fabric.
- Make something small with it such as a mini quilt, a kitchen item, a small garment or an embellishment. Use your creativity. It doesn’t have to be one of those things but come up with a great idea.
- Bring your finished work in to the shop by the end of that month. It will be hung for display.
- The following month people coming in to the shop will vote on the items. Example: January’s work will be voted on in February, etc.
- When a winner is picked, you will receive a fat quarter bundle worth $25.00. You must be able to pick up your prize. Prizes will not be mailed.
- Work will be photographed throughout the process and posted on Instagram, Facebook and in our newsletters so don’t be shy!

******We are closed the entire month of February so January’s work will be judged in March. There will be no challenge fabric for the month of February. You can get a head start!*******
