As someone that had their babies many moons ago, I can tell you that things have changed. But the one thing that hasn’t changed is that people want to sew for new babies. If you are wondering what to make, and don’t want to make a quilt, try this Sweet Baby Swaddler.
I guess you’re not supposed to cover the baby with quilts and blankets in their crib. This would work perfectly. Made with soft and beautiful Mammoth Flannel from Robert Kaufman, and a beautiful printed flannel from the Bungalow, this is sure to be a hit. I lined it so that it’s extra cozy. It’s perfect even if the baby is a southern baby. All of those southern places are over air-conditioned and babies can get chilled.
So, how do you learn to make this?
