Come one, come all to the Clam Shell Sew-Along! We will be making this clamshell quilt. This will be held on Sunday, April 26th starting at 12:30, goes to 4 p.m. Cost is $25. This is a great way to learn curved piecing. We will cut the clamshells with the “Go” Cutter. This is a die cutting machine. You can bring your own fabric from home, or buy new fabric at the Bungalow and get a 10% discount on the fabric. You can come in ahead of time and cut your clamshells.
Supplies: You can use 2 layer cakes or cut your own 10 inch squares. You will need approximately 80 10 inch squares.
Sewing machine in working order, recently cleaned and oiled. Sewing supplies such as thread, seam ripper, scissors, pins, etc.
You will eventually be bordering this quilt, but may not need to bring your border to this Sew Along, as you may not get the whole quilt done in this session.
