So I have been knitting from a book that I love. We carry it in the shop, and it’s all about making an animal and it’s corollary. For example, you knit a dog, and then there’s a doghouse. The dog folds up inside the doghouse, and then you can flip it out of the doghouse and the doghouse folds up inside the dog. It’s like those toys we had when we were little. Remember the wolf and granny toys? You have the granny with a skirt on and when you flip it over, the wolf is under her skirt.
Well, this is an awesome book because you knit all these cool animals and where they live. For example, there’s a butterfly and a chrysalis. Here are the pictures. The butterfly is sitting on a leaf, and then when you turn it inside, the chrysalis is on the outside.
Laura Olson who works in the shop, did the rabbit and the lamb. It’s in the shop presently. We have the book, and we have sold out of it 3 times. You will have to come to the shop to buy the book! I won’t give away the secret!
