Not everyone that comes into my shop is a modern quilter. Gasp! I have many a different kind of fabric enthusiast. One of my very favorite customers is Barb Mitchell. You have seen Barb in previous posts. She makes banners for her church. They are sensational. Because of the wide diversity of fabrics that we have in the shop, she is able to find much and most of what she needs at the Bungalow. Our fabrics are beautiful, and they work for so many purposes. This time Barb has made something different. She’s very talented so this came as no surprise to me. I have seen these creations before at other art shows. They are never as wonderful as these are.
Barb made these for shows that she has been in. And, she made these for friends of hers. She finds fabrics that match with the them of the book cover that she uses. She painstakingly picks out each piece of fabric to match her book themes. Here are a few of the many that she made.
