Pat Albright is a regular customer in the shop. She really loves the Shannon Cuddle Fabrics. She was a beginner quilter and came in and asked me how to make a quilt. Well, I taught her how to make just a regular quilt, which turned out beautifully. Then she got hit with the bug. The Cuddle Bug!
Shannon Cuddle is such wonderful fabric. She’s been making quilts like crazy. There’s something else that I love. She’s not afraid to combine textures. I love that when quilters like to experiment with lots of textures. It makes for such interesting quilts.
Here are her latest quilts. In the first one, she is stripping her leftovers from the other quilts that she has made. So not only is it a great cuddle quilt, but it’s a great cuddle scrap quilt.
Here is a larger view of it.
Lucky baby that gets that one!
Then in the next one, she added ruffle fabric. We sell ruffle fabric here as well, and it’s so lovely when combined with the Shannon Cuddle.
When she made this one, obviously with a girl in mind, she was using some of her leftovers. It is so lovely when you are touching it. Perfect for a little one with all that texture!
I love the color of it. So 1950’s movie star pink! Come in to the Bungalow and check out all of the Cuddle that we have from Shannon Fabrics. We have a huge selection.
