Thursday, November 20th at 1 pm and at 6:30 pm. This class will teach you how to do free motion quilting on your little sewing machine. You can learn to do this with confidence. Taught by Cheryl Schenck from Madison Wisconsin. Cost is $40 for cash and $45 if paying with credit card.
You will need a sewing machine in excellent working condition that has the capability of putting the feeddogs down or setting the stitch length to zero. You must also have a free motion foot. Make certain that your machine works before bringing it to class–in other words, don’t just pull it out of the closet after not using it for years and assume that it will work well! Bring basic sewing supplies such as pins and scissors. Also make certain to bring safety pins for basting.
